Psalm 47:1,2a “Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy. How awesome is the Lord Most High.”
My Bible schedule reading has me in Psalms. I am supposed to be further along than where I am. It is Psalms! It is David pouring out his heart and soul to the Lord Most High. It is these words written many, many years ago, yet impactful, personal, convicting, encouraging for TODAY! For me, I find I read a verse or maybe a few, stop and meditate on what I just read. I might even re-visit the next day. Continuing to plead with God to do HIS WORK in my heart. Pleading with Him to have the mind of Christ, a heart like His.
God is at work in Rayburn and my life. One of my consistent prayers is telling God that I do not want to get in way of His work. I DO NOT WANT TO BE A HINDRANCE! I plead with Him to use me. Where He is working His awesomeness, well I want to be right in the midst. I do not want to miss one thing HE HAS PLANNED!
How Awesome is the Lord Most High! Come with me, taste and see the awesomeness of God Almighty. The journey, my journey, our journey is one of Faith. Faith not in ourselves but in the LORD MOST HIGH and how awesome is that!
