Recently I recorded content about how God has used the Bible to lead me in several matters. I want to continue with that progression.
The fact is, God does speak to me, and He will speak to you as well. Am I willing to listen? Are you listening? This is one of those times that I’ve had to make sure that what I was hearing was actually from God. Am I certain? Well what I’ve learned is the only way to tell the difference between a good idea and a God idea is to move forward in faith. So, that’s exactly what I’m doing.
I shared two passages of Scripture recently that started in Titus 3:8 (NAS), “to speak confidently to those who believe God might engage in good deeds.” Then Hebrews 3:13 (NAS), “To encourage one another day after day to avoid being deceived by sin.” I really struggled with those passages. I felt as if God was speaking to me, to speak about Him day after day encouraging others to seek the Father in faith and to speak it confidently. After struggling with the idea, I bring you a third passage of scripture, Hebrews 10:24 (NAS), ”Consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds.” I believe more than ever before, that believers need to be encouraged to seek the Father. Why do I believe this? Because that’s exactly what I need. I’m a willing soul doing my part in seeking the Father. Seeking first in my life and then to ask you to join with me in doing the same.
I am going to start speaking day after day through recorded content simply sharing life. Not just my life, but others as well. I will trust the Father to lead me to “Hear His voice,” (Hebrews 3:15) and encourage you to do the same. For me, it is a step of faith to see if this is A GOD IDEA or A GOOD IDEA.
