Do you find yourselves at times, thinking about heaven? I do! I often wonder what my loved ones are doing? I do know one thing, whatever they are doing, they are doing so with a perfect heart and a perfect body.
Too often, heaven is described as angels playing harps while perched on a cloud. In Revelation 5, we are given a small glimpse into heaven; the sights and sounds, and even movements in heaven. Angels, too numerous to count, thousands upon thousands upon tens of thousands, circling around the throne of God saying, “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” There are those on their knees, those standing in AWE, WORSHIPPING! Yes, one day, I too will be singing those praises and with that thought, my soul rejoices.
Just imagine, with me, spending ALL ETERNITY with those we have known here on this earth. I have relatives and friends that I will walk hand in hand down the streets of glory and yes, as I write this, there are those who are on my heart, THAT NEED JESUS. I cannot make that decision for them, but one thing for sure, as Pastor Clay stated, “If I could take Jesus from my heart, and give HIM to you, you would NEVER GIVE HIM BACK!” So yes, I want my family and friends to be in HEAVEN!
Then imagine with me, being in the presence of God Almighty. What mere words can we as humans write to describe the UNDESCRIBABLE JOY, the PUREST OF LOVE, the ULTIMATE SATISFACTION and the INTENSE FULFILLMENT that will FOREVER be Heaven. What words to write, there are none, but one day the words will flow freely as we TOGETHER, FOREVER WORSHIP!
Only two choices, Heaven or Hell. Heaven, you will forever be with God. Hell, you will forever be separated from God…..FOREVER! Today is the day of SALVATION, you choose!
John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” (NIV)
